Who it's for

An e-Visa suits citizens of countries eligible for electronic processing who are traveling to Kazakhstan for business, tourism, or medical treatment and plan to enter through the international airports of Astana or Almaty.

An e-Visa requires a valid invitation from the Kazakhstani side as its basis. The visa applies only to the applicant and doesn't cover accompanying persons.

How it works

We help you register on the visa-migration portal and correctly enter the invitation and passport details so the visa is issued correctly the first time.

  • A valid invitation from the Kazakhstani host party
  • A passport with validity sufficient for the trip and blank pages for stamps
  • Payment details for the consular fee

Rules for entry and after arrival

  • Entry and exit with an e-Visa are only possible through the international airports of Astana and Almaty
  • You must carry a printed copy of the visa together with your passport at entry, exit, and during your stay
  • The host party must notify the migration service of your arrival within 3 business days of entry
  • If your passport is replaced, the e-Visa must be reissued — it's tied to the specific document
